During your active hours, LookFar buzzes and offers a quick eye break. Say yes, follow a 20–40 second exercise on your wrist, then go back to work.

Reminders come only inside the hours you set. Choose how often: every 15, 30, 45 minutes, 1, 1.5 or 2 hours. The default is every hour.
The watch vibrates and asks: time for a quick eye break? Say yes, and a 20–40 second exercise runs with a countdown: blink reset, distance focus or eye movement.
Five minutes after your active hours end, the watch offers three quick questions about your eyes and your screen day. It's optional and takes a few taps.
Open Today on the watch: every break of the work day is a square. Green is done, red is skipped, grey is missed. Below it you see how much you did and your current streak.
Nothing to sync, and nothing to sign up for.
Press start, then look at something at least 6 metres (20 feet) away: a window, a far wall, a tree outside. Come back when the ring closes.
LookFar is free on the Connect IQ Store. Open the store page and install it from there, from the Connect IQ app on your phone, or from Garmin Express.
I'm looking for people who work at a screen to use it for a week and tell me what got in the way. Write to me and I'll reply myself:

It buzzes only inside the active hours you set. In this version it doesn’t detect meetings. If a buzz comes at a bad moment, answer No. The Today screen shows it as skipped, not missed.
